Free Self-Defense

Training at GHHS.

We would like to thank GHHS and the GHHS PTO for partnering with us to present a FREE self-defense training session.  We hope to present another self-defense seminar in the near future.

Grandview’s Youth Wrestling Program continues to grow with these little but mighty wrestlers.  A huge “thank you” to the coaches and other volunteers who are helping young athletes improve their technique. Click on the “Youth” tab for more details.
